Terms of Use

These terms govern your purchase and use of The Connection Verdict. They are short and say what they mean. By buying, you agree to them.

1. What you are buying

A written reading, prepared for your specific case, delivered as a document by email within 24 hours of your completed case form. Depending on the tier you chose, it runs roughly 10 to 22 pages and may include an audio version and a follow-up question.

You are also buying access to a personal library at theconnectionverdict.com/library, where your documents remain available to re-read.

2. What you are not buying — read this one

This is a reflective and spiritual service. It is not counseling, therapy, medical advice, psychiatric care, legal advice or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for any of them. If you are in distress, or if anything in your situation involves your safety, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services in your country.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 or over. You are buying for yourself.

4. What we need from you, and what happens if we do not get it

After purchase you receive a link to a case form. The reading cannot begin until it is submitted. The 24-hour delivery window starts when you submit it, not when you pay. We send reminders; the link does not expire.

A reading is only as precise as the information it is given. Where your data does not support a claim, the document says so rather than guessing. That is a feature of the method and not a defect in your reading.

5. When we will decline or stop

We will not proceed, and we will refund you in full, if:

• the person you are asking about has died — we will write to you personally instead;
• you appear to be under 18;
• the case involves a minor;
• we are asked to obtain, infer or supply information about another person for the purpose of contacting, locating, monitoring or influencing them.

If what you write suggests you may be in danger, we will respond as a person before we respond as a service.

6. Your document

The reading is written for you and licensed to you for your own personal use. You may keep it, print it, and share it with a partner, friend or therapist. You may not resell it, republish it publicly, or present it as your own work.

7. Refunds

Covered in full by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Availability and delay

We aim to deliver within 24 hours and we usually beat it. If something delays your reading we will tell you before the deadline passes rather than after. A delay caused by something outside our control does not entitle you to more than the refund already available to you under the Refund Policy.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim connected with this service is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for decisions you make after reading your document. The document is information and reflection; the choices remain yours.

Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published when you purchased. These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, where the company is established, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection you have under the laws of the country you live in.
