Before you write — the four most common questions
“I paid but I have not received anything.”
Check your spam folder for a message from mail.ellenhaleletters.com. The confirmation email carries your personal link to the case form. If it is not there, write to us with the email address you used at checkout and we will resend it within minutes.
“I lost the link to my case form.”
Write to us. Each purchase has one link and it does not expire. We will send it again.
“When does my reading arrive?”
Within 24 hours of the moment you submit the case form — not from the moment you paid. If you added Express Delivery, 6 to 12 hours. If we are going to miss the deadline, we tell you before it passes rather than after.
“I gave the wrong birth details.”
Write immediately. If your reading has not been written yet we simply correct the case. If it has, we rewrite it at no cost.
Where to find what you bought
Everything is in your library at theconnectionverdict.com/library, reachable with the personal link from your confirmation email. There is no password to forget. Each document shows its real state: waiting on you, being written, or ready.
Refunds
Sixty days, no justification required, and you keep the document. The full policy is at Refund Policy. To request one, just write to us and say so.
If you are going through something heavy
If the person you asked about has died, please tell us. We will stop the reading, write to you as a person, and refund you.
