Refund Policy

Short version: if the reading did not help you, write to us and we return your money. No form, no interrogation, no requirement to prove anything.
The Clarity Guarantee, in three steps
Step one — a free follow-up
If something in the reading did not land, was not clear, or missed a piece of your case, reply to the delivery email and say so. We will look again and write back. Most of the time this is what was actually needed, and it costs you nothing.
Step two — sixty days to sit with it
A verdict is not always comfortable on the first read. You have sixty days from delivery to decide what you think of it. Nothing expires in the meantime.
Step three — a refund, without difficulty
Within those sixty days, write to hello@theconnectionverdict.com and ask for a refund. You do not have to justify it, return anything, or complete a survey. We do not ask you to prove you read it.
You keep the document. Asking for your money back does not remove your reading or your library access. Taking back something written about your own life would be a strange way to treat someone who was disappointed.

The refund goes back to the payment method you used. We cannot send it anywhere else.
Order bumps and additional documents
The same sixty days and the same conditions apply to Express Delivery and to any additional document you bought (Your Next 90 Days, The 90-Day Calendar, The Healing Path). Each is refundable on its own — you do not have to return the whole order to be refunded for one part of it.
If you have not received your reading
Check your spam folder first; a document from an unfamiliar sender sometimes lands there. If it is not there, write to hello@theconnectionverdict.com and we will resend it immediately. If we have missed our 24-hour window and you no longer want it, you are refunded in full on request.
Cases we refund without being asked
- The person you asked about has died — we stop, we write to you personally, and we refund you.
- You appear to be under 18.
- We cannot responsibly complete your reading for any other reason.
Chargebacks
Please write to us first. We have never refused a refund inside the sixty days, and asking us directly is faster than asking your bank. If you have already opened a chargeback, tell us and we will cooperate with your bank rather than contest it.
